March 17, 2015 Board Meeting Agenda Item #34 Title ACCEPTANCE OF CONSTRUCTION SERVICES' PROJECT COMPLETION AND APPROVAL OF FINAL PAYMENT TO CONTRACTOR FOR THE TUTTLE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL-PORTABLES RELOCATION 2014 PROJECT Description All work has been completed and all required close-out documents have been received from the contractor.  The final project costs have been internally audited and are enclosed herein in final Change Order #1 for approval.  The Director of Construction Services has determined that the project is complete in accordance with state statutes.
